Solar Hot Water Rehab

A while back, I was able to get a solar hot water panel for free, from a cousin.

The bad news – it’s dirty, glass was removed, and the header pipes were cut off with a hacksaw!

So, what does it take to fixup an old panel and get it back in service making hot water for free from the sun? That’s what we wanted to find out, so we took the panel apart, grabbed our torch and solder, and jumped right into it!!!
